The concept of a "hyper dimension of gnosis" is a theoretical idea that has been discussed in the context
of Gnosticism and metaphysical philosophy. It is often associated with the notion of hyperspace and
multidimensional reality. In this framework, the term "gnosis" refers to spiritual knowledge or insight.
The hyper dimension of gnosis is described as a higher-order spatial
dimension, beyond the three dimensions of ordinary space, where profound spiritual or mystical
knowledge can be accessed. This concept is sometimes linked to the idea that human consciousness
may have the potential to interact with beings or entities in these higher dimensions. Terence McKenna, a
proponent of this concept, has described experiences with tryptamine substances that led to encounters
with seemingly autonomous entities in alien dimensions, which he referred to as a "hyperobject" or a
"solid-state hyper-dimensional matrix" that is eternal.
This perspective suggests that the mind and the body are embedded in a higher-order spatial
dimension and that the waking world and the world of the dream may begin to merge, allowing for the
potential interaction with entities from these hyperdimensional. Gnostic teachings also discuss the
concept of hyperspace and hypergeometry, proposing that the physical body can be placed within
hyperspace through special techniques and that extraordinary acts are performed within hyperspace.
This perspective implies that consciousness itself is a multidimensional phenomenon, and our reality
consists of locations in extra-dimensional space.
